The new Demo is now available! This version of the game builds greatly on Demo 1, and includes such features as:

* Changes to units, such that unit types are differentiated and matter now (and the AI knows it!)

* Winter warfare penalties to make combat and sieges a bit more painful in the snowy months

* New spells, miracles, and espionage missions to smite your enemies with in new ways.

* New, easier to recognize army markers (uniquely colored for each faction, and the rebels too!)

* Factional events for all factions (if you’ll recall, Demo 1 only had factional events for Mourngrym)

* Mercenaries!

* An expanded pool of “generic” Acts of Fate (that apply to all factions), which makes them more varied and interesting.

* A new Financial Summary screen that tracks income and resource totals (for planning conquests based on what resources a province contains)

* Scrolling through your holdings from within the province info screens
